Easter 2011

The McNeely family had a wonderful Easter weekend. We started things off on Saturday with an Easter egg hunt. After the egg hunt (and a much needed nap time) we went to Ellie's first birthday party. The kids had a great time jumping in the bouncy house, eating cake and playing with in the water table (yes Jake ended up drenched head to toe but he had fun!).


Sunday the Easter Bunny brought goodies for the kids. Julianna got a few outfits, shoes and a DVD. Jake got a fishing pole. He was very excited to go fishing with his Daddy. We went to church and brunch. We came home and did a short photo shoot. I was hoping to get Jake and Julianna together smiling in their Easter clothes but no such luck. Oh well, maybe next year.

Easter Egg Hunt Part 1

We went to our church Easter egg hunt on Saturday. Jake and Julianna had a great time collecting eggs. I took a little video of each. Julianna liked to put eggs in her basket and then dump them out. It was very cute.

We were looking at a house the other day and they had some drums. Jake had to play them so here is a little video of out little musician.

Spring Fun

I know its been a while but we have been BUSY! Spring is in the air at last and we are playing outside! Last weekend we celebrated Matthew's 3rd Birthday. He had a great backyard party complete with a brand new swing set. Jake and Julianna had a blast running around the yard chasing the other kids.


Today Jake got a bubble gun so we played out on the deck for a while. It's amazing what bubbles do to kids. Jake loved to blow the bubbles and Julianna shrieked with joy and chased the bubbles. It was so fun to watch and capture on camera. I posted a bunch of bubble pictures I couldn't resist, thier little faces are so cute!
